Reysaş ethical rules are a set of principles that regulate the relationships among company employees and with society, and also form the internal corporate behavior culture.
Ethical rules have been established to increase service quality within the company, ensure efficient use of resources, prevent unfair competition, and improve effectiveness in employee relations.
Ethical rules are also the most important element to enhance the company’s reputation and to ensure continuity of stability and trust within the company.
Reysaş ensures compliance with the following ethical rules and conducts inspections to verify adherence.
Regarding Legislation:
Compliance is ensured with all national and international laws, regulations, and internal company rules.
All reports and records are kept according to national and international accounting principles.
In relations with shareholders, all applicable laws, regulations, and rules are strictly followed. The protection of shareholder rights is ensured.
Regarding Employees:
A fair, healthy, and safe working environment is created.
Equal opportunities are provided to employees without discrimination in hiring and career development.

Regarding Conflict of Interest:
It is forbidden for a Reysaş employee, their family member, or a close relative to gain personal benefit by exploiting the employee’s position within the company; or to have close relations with persons or organizations that could benefit from their business decisions or confidential information.
Employees protect the company’s interests during their duties and avoid any acts or behaviors that could benefit themselves or their relatives.
All measures to prevent conflicts of interest are taken. Regulations preventing insider trading are established.
No employee may personally benefit from company operations; company assets, information, and positions may not be used for personal gain or to compete with the company.
Regarding Social Responsibility and the Environment:
All activities are carried out with respect to social benefit and environmental protection.
Environmental protection is prioritized in all activities, periodic inspections are conducted, and results are publicly shared.
Regarding Protection and Proper Use of Company Assets:
Employees must protect company assets and ensure their efficient use. All company assets must be used solely for business purposes.
Information is one of our most critical asset categories. All employees are responsible for handling information assets in accordance with their importance, value, and sensitivity, following the Reysaş Information Security policies and procedures.
Regarding Public Disclosure Principles:
All communications with investors, financial analysts, press members, and similar parties are conducted within the framework of the company’s "Disclosure Policy."
No employee other than the authorized departments may make verbal or written statements representing Reysaş.

Employees and managers apply the principles of ethical rules in all their work. These rules apply to all internal and external company communications, including internet and e-mail.
