REYSAŞ VEHICLE INSPECTION STATIONS OPERATIONS INC.

The Vehicle Inspection Stations Opening and Operation Service was included in the privatization program pursuant to the decision of the Privatization High Council dated September 22, 2003 and numbered 2003/64. Subsequently, in accordance with the Privatization High Council’s decision dated February 14, 2005 and numbered 2005/26, the service was awarded to TÜVTÜRK Vehicle Inspection Stations Construction and Operation Inc., which was established to carry out vehicle inspection services. This public service has since been provided by TÜVTÜRK and its business partners.

Within this framework, pursuant to the Sub-Operation Agreement executed between TÜVTÜRK Vehicle Inspection Stations Construction and Operation Inc. and Reysaş Vehicle Inspection Stations Operations Inc., a subsidiary of Reysaş Transportation and Logistics Trade Inc., our Company operates TÜVTÜRK Vehicle Inspection Stations located in Eskişehir, Sivrihisar, Kastamonu, Tosya, İnebolu, Karabük, Bartın, Zonguldak, and Ereğli.

Our Karabük Station commenced operations on November 12, 2008; the Kastamonu and Tosya Stations on December 30, 2008; and the Zonguldak, Ereğli, Bartın, Eskişehir, and Sivrihisar Stations on December 31, 2008.

Since the commencement of operations, services have been provided through a network consisting of a total of eight fixed inspection stations located in five provinces and three districts, as well as five mobile vehicle inspection stations serving other districts within these provinces in accordance with the program determined by the Ministry of Transport. Our stations currently employ 135 personnel, and workforce capacity continues to expand in parallel with the growth in vehicle numbers.

Exhaust Emission Measurement services were introduced at our stations in 2009.

To reduce waiting times at vehicle inspection stations, Appointment-Based Vehicle Inspection Services were launched in early 2009, initially at high-volume stations in major cities. Today, appointment-based services are available at our stations in Eskişehir, Sivrihisar, Kastamonu, Tosya, Karabük, Bartın, Zonguldak, and Karadeniz Ereğli, as well as at five mobile stations operating under the central stations in five provinces.

On October 30, 2023, our new Vehicle Inspection Station in İnebolu, Kastamonu, commenced operations, increasing the number of our fixed vehicle inspection stations to nine.

From the date our stations became operational through December 31, 2025, a total of 6,250,889 periodic vehicle inspections and 1,115,698 exhaust emission inspections were completed. For 2026, approximately 492,000 periodic vehicle inspections and 80,000 exhaust emission inspections are targeted.

To ensure service standardization across the nationwide network comprising 217 fixed stations, 75 mobile (travelling) stations, 6 motorcycle inspection stations, and 14 mobile tractor inspection vehicles, inspection stations are subject to continuous audits and oversight by TÜVTÜRK, the TÜRKAK, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

Vehicle inspection services at the stations operated by our Company continue to be delivered successfully, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulatory and operational standards.
