Durmuş Döven
Reysaş Chairman of the Board of Directors

Durmuş Döven, who started his business life in 1980, first graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Business Administration and then Anadolu University Business Administration Department. He also completed his Master's Degree on International Trade and Logistics Management at Maltepe University. Durmuş Döven, who founded Reysaş Logistics and Transportation company in 1990, operated in areas such as construction, import and production before the logistics sector. Meanwhile, it has made many new investments depending on the vertical integration principle. Durmuş Döven, born on April 18, 1961 in Ankara, is married and has two children. Durmuş Döven, who speaks English, is very interested in airplanes and defines piloting as one of his passions.

Hasan Rasih Boztepe
Reysaş Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Hasan Rasih Boztepe, born on May 11, 1966, graduated from Kuleli Military High School and graduated from Yıldız Technical University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1988. He completed his Master's degree at Istanbul Technical University in 1991 and completed his Ph.D. in Product Management at Istanbul University in 1992. He started his business life as a project engineer at Işıklar Holding in 1989. Boztepe, who works as a manager in many automotive companies, has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Reysaş Logistics since 2001.

Egemen Döven

Reysaş Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Born on April 23, 1985 in Ankara, Egemen Döven completed his primary school at Büyük College, secondary school at Private Bilkent High School and high school at TED in 2003. In the same year, he started Koç University's Department of Business Administration and graduated in 2007 with a Vehbi Koç Honorary degree. He did his logistics internship at Hödlmayer in Györ, Hungary in 2002 and worked at HSBC in the banking, finance and treasury departments in 2004. In 2005, he worked at the Toyota Automobile Factory in Adapazarı in the operations and planning departments. He has been working as a Director at Reysas GYO since 2007. He also works as a member of the Board of Directors and as a manager in group companies. Egemen Döven, who has a SET (Single Engine Turbine) license, is one of the few pilots to have this license in Europe. Egemen Döven, who speaks fluent English, is married and has 3 children.

Ekrem Burcu

Reysaş Board Member

Ekrem Burcu, born on July 10, 1960, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. He worked as an expert, branch manager and deputy head of department in the Ministry of Public Works and its affiliated units, respectively. He retired from the Ministry of Public Works in 2003 at his own request. Ekrem Burcu, who started to work in Reysaş Logistics group in 2003, worked as Ankara Regional Manager and Project Coordinator. Burcu, who is a member of the Board of Reysaş Logistics, is the father of 2 children.

Behzat Kaplan

Born on September 4, 1971, Behzat Kaplan graduated from Selçuk University Mechanical Engineering in 1993. Having worked as a Mechanical and Construction Coordinator for 23 years in various institutions, Kaplan speaks English and Dutch. Behzat Kaplan, a Board Member of Reysaş Logistics and Reysas GYO, is married and has one child.

Erem Ersoy

Reysaş Independent Board Member

Born in Istanbul on July 26, 1983, Erem Ersoy graduated from Saint-Benoit French High School and completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance, and then continued his master's degree in Bahçeşehir University, Department of General Management (MBA). He worked as Sales Support in Nike Turkey in 2005, as Equipment Merchandiser in 2006, and as Sales Account Executive in 2009. He returned to Nike Turkey as NSW NOS Sales Account Executive after his military service, and has been working as a Key Account Manager at Tommy Hilfiger since 2014 and speaks English well.

Cem Akgün

Born in Istanbul on June 20, 1984, Cem Akgün graduated from the University of Connecticut, Department of Business Administration in 2003, and then graduated from Koç University, Department of Business Administration in 2007. He worked as a Sales and Brand Representative at WMC Outdoor Advertising Agency between 2008-2009, and as a Project Analyst at Shell&Turcas Petrol A.Ş. He speaks English.
