CMB ANNOUNCEMENT:
"In accordance with the decision of the Capital Markets Board (the Board) dated 24.12.2009 and numbered 37/1147, as of 01.01.2010, all disclosures required to be made public by companies under the Board and Stock Exchange legislation will be submitted solely to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Therefore, all disclosures made public after this date will be available only on KAP. These disclosures can be accessed via the homepage of www.kap.gov.tr under the sections “Today’s Disclosures” or “This Week’s Disclosures”, or by using the “Disclosure Search” function where you can search by Subject/Company/Date. Alternatively, you can select the company name on the homepage and click the “Go” button. On the page that opens, click on the “Disclosure Search” section located at the top right corner, then choose the appropriate category such as “Financial Statements”, “Material Event Disclosures”, “Other Disclosures”, “Announcements” or “All Disclosures”."
