DONATION AND CHARITY POLICY

REYSAŞ TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS INC. DONATION AND CHARITY POLICY

In accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation, the Corporate Governance Principles announced by the Capital Markets Board, and the provisions and principles set forth in our Articles of Association, the Company’s Donation and Charity Policy is defined as follows:

Provided that it complies with the Capital Markets Board regulations, necessary material disclosures are made, and shareholders are informed at the General Assembly, the Company may make donations to any natural or legal person, in a manner that does not hinder its own objectives and activities.

Donations are added to the distributable profit base in accordance with the Capital Markets Board regulations. Donations may be made either in cash or in kind.
