INFORMATION NOTICE FOR JOB CANDIDATES

Dear Candidates,

As Reysaş Vehicle Inspection Stations Operations Joint Stock Company (the "Company"), we hereby inform you, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), about the processing of your personal data and your rights under the law.

The Company, located at Küçük Çamlıca Mahallesi Erkan Ocaklı Sokak No:13, Üsküdar/Istanbul, acts as the data controller and processes personal data including criminal conviction and security measures, financial data, physical security, visual and audio recordings, contact details, identity information, professional experience, personnel information, health data, trade union membership, and personal preferences and needs.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of evaluating your job application and suitability for the relevant position, managing and concluding recruitment processes in line with our human resources policies, considering your application for future roles if the current process results in a negative outcome, contacting you for such opportunities, improving our recruitment practices, managing emergency situations, conducting candidate/intern/student placement procedures, processing applications, ensuring physical security, maintaining communication, and planning HR processes.

Your personal data may be shared with our affiliates and subsidiaries for purposes such as evaluating applications and ensuring physical security.

Personal data is collected through both automated and non-automated methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically. This is based on the legal grounds set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including explicit consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests of the Company. Data may be collected via interviews, social media platforms, career websites, and job application forms (non-automated), as well as through CCTV systems and emails (automated).

According to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your rights concerning your personal data by completing the Application Form and submitting it as outlined in Article 13(1) of the KVKK and the related Communiqué, through one of the following methods:

By visiting our headquarters in person at Küçük Çamlıca Mahallesi Erkan Ocaklı Sokak No:13, Üsküdar/Istanbul,
By sending a notarized or registered letter to the same address,
By emailing kvkk@reysas.com from your registered email address,
Or by using other methods as may be determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Your request will be addressed free of charge within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process results in additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled “The Obligation of the Data Controller to Inform,” I hereby confirm that I have read and understood this notice, and have been duly informed by the Company, as the data controller, about the purpose and method of data processing, the parties to whom my data may be transferred, the legal basis for data collection, and my rights under Article 11.
